• Candies are freshly prepared to order and dispatched on schedule (if not previously discussed) with Royal Mail Service (aim, not guaranteed). A tracking ID number, delivery confirmation, and estimated delivery dates are provided.
• It’s IMPORTANT to double-check the ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE and LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE if you need it by a specific date because most of our products take at least a few days to process. This allows us to plan and make sure that your order will be ready when you need it.
• All freeze-dried candies (except freeze-dried hard-crunchy sweets) are fragile.
• Every pack is individually surrounded by bubble wrap. A few crumbs are natural during shipping. We recommend putting them on
  ice cream or just shaking them straight into your mouth – YUM!
